Remember your first tent

Remember your first tent? It's cool to watch my kids with their first tent experiences. Sure, the tent may only be in the living room. I just love watching the little ones start to explore the idea of sleeping in a tent. I think this is something you should really encourage. Think back to all the great camping experiences you have in your life. Now think about all of those great things that lie ahead for your kids. Camping is universally fun, why not start your kids really early. So, I'll get off my soap box and back on point. The earlier you introduce your kids to camping the more likely that they will stick with the hobby.
